Today, on the video channel, I talk about the four reasons that I believe real estate is the best asset class on the planet.

1️⃣ Builds Equity: Over time, as values increase in line or above the rate of inflation, owner equity increases.

2️⃣ Debt Pay-Down: Each month, the paying tenant makes a payment towards the overall debt of the property. Over time, the debt obligation is paid down by the tenant, thus increasing owner equity.

3️⃣ Monthly Cash Flow: Real estate is an excellent source of passive income.

4️⃣ Less Volatile Than Stocks: Compared to the stock market, real estate does not incline the investor to daily monitoring and obsessive management. This promotes a longer term investment mindset.
