The first step to breakthrough is knowing your Identity. And the first step in knowing your Identity is to understand how you are made. The verse above says that you (yes, you!) are awesomely and wonderfully made. This means that you are not an accident, defective or made in error. There are no recalls going to be issued on you. You were built by design. Those passions that come natural to you, that is part of your design. Your personality — quiet and soft-spoken or outspoken and strong-willed — also not a flaw. That is your design. Your talents — athleticism, leadership, communication, administrative — each were given to you as gifts. Soak in that. Be proud of how you are made. Lean into your talents, personality and God-given passions

The biggest fundamental mistake humans make on their lifetime journey is going down a path they did not carefully plan and becoming someone they never wanted to be. Here is a life hack: the hardest person in the world to be is someone else. Put differently, the easiest person to become is yourself (and who God calls you to be). Simple, but this requires knowing your identity.
