Leaders create cultures that do not overlook quality. The team knows to raise their hands when they see an issue. Leaders celebrate the issues being raised and even failures along the way, because they know both bring new lessons. New lessons bring solutions. Solutions bring breakthrough.

AI is a tool. Certainly, it will replace workers whose primary value mimics the responsibilities of computing; but AI can never replace leadership. Instead, leaders know how to use technology and information to make better choices, create higher-performing teams and generate stunning results.

The future need not be bleak. It just requires more leadership than ever.
